想接國際單卻不敢開口？這些英文句型讓你自在回覆外國客戶！

有越來越多創作者、設計師、刺青師、攝影師，透過 IG、Behance 或自己的作品網站，成功吸引到國外客戶的注意。
但當第一封英文私訊出現的時候——
你是不是突然腦袋一片空白，只能乾笑然後 Google Translate？
不是你不夠好，而是你還沒有準備好「用英文介紹你的專業」。
別擔心，這篇文章幫你整理出幾個最常見的「跨國接案」英文溝通情境，教你用簡單、有禮、但夠專業的英文句型來回覆外國客戶。開口不難，重點是先說得出關鍵句！
1. 回應詢價私訊（DM / email）
客戶說：
Hi! I really like your work. How much do you charge for a tattoo like this?
你可以這樣回：
Thank you so much for your message and kind words!
Could you let me know the size and placement you’re thinking of? That helps me give you an accurate quote.
✅ 語法拆解：
- “Thank you for your message” 表示禮貌開場
- “Could you let me know…” 讓對話持續，不用急著直接報價
- 使用 “give you an accurate quote” 表現出你的專業
2. 確認風格與想法
客戶說：
I’d love something in your fine-line style. Do you do custom designs?
你可以這樣回：
Yes, I do custom pieces! Feel free to send me any references or ideas you have, and I’ll create something based on your concept.
✅ 小提醒：
這裡的語氣不用太拘謹，“Feel free to…” 是很好用的邀請式句型。
3. 排時間、談檔期
客戶說：
When would be a good time to book?
你可以這樣回：
I’m currently booking for [May / next month / the last week of April].
Let me know your travel dates and I’ll try to fit you in!
✅ 你可以加入地點資訊（如果你在台灣、計畫出國駐點等），讓客戶知道你在哪。
4. 拒絕對方但保留好感
如果你真的沒空、風格不合，也可以這樣說：
Thank you for your interest! I’m currently fully booked and not able to take on new projects, but I really appreciate your message.
Or:
I think another artist might be a better fit for what you’re looking for. Thanks again for reaching out!
✅ 這比直接說 “I can’t” 更圓融，也保留了日後合作的可能性。
5. 想收訂金，怎麼說？
I usually take a deposit to confirm the booking.
I’ll send you the payment details once we finalize the date and design.
✅ 這樣的說法清楚但不逼人，適合用在初次合作的對話中。
